3/4 Cup Organic Cornstarch
1 Cup Organic Sugar
2 Organic Vanilla Beans
3/4 Cup Dry Milk Powder (Bob's Red Mill)
1 tsp Salt
Mix all ingredients together, except the vanilla beans
I like to leave my beans whole, I will cut them open at the time I need them and I like adding an extra 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Put the beans in the middle of the mix, in your mason jar, close and shake
**To Make: Mix 2 cups raw milk with 1/2 cup pudding mix in a medium sauce pan over high heat and whisk like a crazy person. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat stirring or whisking until thickened enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon (roughly 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes before eating! Enjoy!!**
