Homemade Whipped Cream!

I love making my own whipped cream whenever I need it. Tonight I made whipped cream to top on my homemade angel food cake. This whipped cream makes up super easily and stays fresh for 2 days in the fridge, as long as it is covered really well. The whipped cream is amazing on some fresh cake instead of buttercream. I love dipping some fruit right into the whipped cream with nothing else.. yum yum yum!!

You Will Need:

2 Cups Organic Whipping Cream
6 tbsp Organic Sugar
2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

Place all your ingredients into a big bowl or kitchenaid stand mixer

Mix until fluffy 

Almost done here

And done! So fluffy and yummy!
