French Bread

Making bread does not have to be difficult, in fact it can be fun, and very fulfilling. It literally makes me feel so amazing when I see my family and friends enjoying breads I have made. Satisfaction for sure. Give this a try, it is very simple to make, only requires a couple of techniques. Nothing too crazy or difficult at all. Using pure ingredients makes the best, fluffiest, most moist bread ever.



You Will Need:

6 Cups Organic All-Purpose Flour
2 1/2 tsp. Bob's Red Mill Yeast
2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
2 Cups Warm Water
1/3 Cup Melted Organic Butter
1/4 Cup Organic Honey



Mix your honey, water, melted butter and yeast into a bowl and allow to bloom 5 minutes


Add 3 cups of flour, mix and allow to rise for 30 minutes 


It will become bubbly and smell so good like yeast


Mix in the rest of the flour, and knead for a couple minutes


Grease a bowl, and place dough in the bowl, cover and allow to rise until double in size or 1 hour


Perfect... punch down and knead


Cut in 4 even pieces, and roll out into a snake like shape, leaving pretty thick; I should have cut the other one, because is was huge


Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown and hollow.. sounding on top (I forgot to picture the finished one.. sorry)
