Shrimp & Rice

My sister introduced me to this meal and it is beyond amazing.. One of our all time favorites.. what more is there to say about this? Just make it and give it a try!

You Will Need:

1 Cup Organic Basmati Rice or Noodles
1 Cup Organic Chicken Broth
3 tbsp Organic Chopped Fresh Cilantro, divided
3 tbsp Organic Butter, divided
1 Organic Leek, White and Green Parts chopped
2 Cloves Organic Minced Garlic
2 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Organic Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Organic Heavy Cream
1 tsp Organic Lemon Zest, grated

While this is cooking, add the chicken broth, cilantro, and rice into a sauce pan, cover and cook until done, and all liquid is gone

Add butter, salt, leeks, cilantro, and garlic to a stainless steel pan and cook 3-4 minutes or until done

Cook shrimp

Cook shrimp separately until 'red' done

Add shrimp to the leaks

Add cream 

Zest lemon

Boil for 3-5 minutes

Stir in pasta or rice
